Our gift vouchers can be redeemed at Eric's restaurant,73-75 Lidget Street, Lindley, Huddersfield HD3 3JP only, for all goods and services, as listed below. 

GOODS & SERVICES
Our goods & services at Eric's restaurant include the food & drink we serve on the premises, afternoon tea and special events.

GIFT VOUCHER VALIDITY
Valid for 12 months from date of purchase. Once a gift voucher has expired, it can no longer be used. The voucher may be exchanged for items or services of a higher value on payment of the difference. The balance available on the vouchers can only be used for one transaction at Eric's restaurant and the value is as printed on the gift voucher. This voucher cannot be exchanged for cash. Copied, defaced or damaged vouchers will not be accepted. Eric's restaurant accepts no liability if the customer's gift voucher is lost or stolen. Gift vouchers not valid on Christmas Day.

REFUND POLICY
We do not offer refunds on gift vouchers unless they arrive with you faulty or damaged and we are informed within 14 days of purchase.

DELIVERY
Our gift cards will always be dispatched by Royal Mail first class signed for and will be delivered to your billing address. We charge £4.50 for this service, which is added to your transaction amount. Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery.  

TRANSACTION CURRENCIES
We only accept transactions in GBP £.
