Turkish version of Meatballs, lightly cooked Ground Beef served with Saksuka - a mix of finely chopped Courgette, Aubergine, Garlic, Tomato and Chilli all cooked together

Braised lamb with Mücver and Pilaf
Simple Braised Lamb Shoulder with Courgette Fritters, Tomato Sauce and yoghurt 

Mozaik
A rich buttery chocolate cake with biscuits, rosewater and nuts. Served with vanilla ice cream and chocolate sauce.
