Variety for Veggies
We're delighted to bring vegetarians a tempting new option at Eric's with the launch of our new vegetarian menu. With an increased demand for meat-free meals, we've created a menu specifically for veggies that will change seasonally, providing a greater choice of dishes throughout the year for those that have chosen to give up meat.
As with all of the dishes available at Eric’s, the vegetarian options have been created using beautiful local produce.
“The rise in vegetarianism has been well documented with the Vegetarian Society stating that around 2000 people are going veggie in Britain every week,” said Eric Paxman, chef and proprietor at the restaurant. “Not only this but the increasing focus on healthy eating means that sometimes people simply prefer a meat-free option when they’re dining out. We want to ensure that we can meet this demand and that any customers who have chosen this lifestyle, no longer have limited options when they visit us."
“There’s a misperception that vegetarian meals can be boring, so we set about designing a menu that’s far from it. Influenced by different parts of the world, the dishes offer unique flavour combinations and a mix of seasonal vegetables and fruits as well beans, cheeses, nuts, herbs and spices. We’re sure that our customers won’t be disappointed and look forward to hearing their feedback.”
